Holiday Gift Guide

3D Imagery created for print and digital holiday campaign

Retail moves fast—holiday moves faster. To support Wayfair’s expanded gift guide across catalog and digital, I pitched a shift to fully leverage our in-house 3D team.

By reallocating internal resources while other projects were in motion, we increased team utilization and timed production to hit aggressive deadlines without sacrificing quality.

No scrambling for glitter and garland required.

RE/FINE Brand Launch

Studio Photoshoot for brand launch 

Launching a new brand at scale—fast—meant building a smart, flexible production plan from the ground up.

I developed the strategy, budget, and hybrid execution model, combining a physical shoot with offshore post-production. The result: 800+ assets delivered on time, under budget, and aligned to the brand vision.

Strong enough that we replicated the model for another brand launch just months later.

I love a good lift-and-shift moment.

Supporting a 1M circulation catalog meant getting every detail right—from concept through print.

I led the production approach across photography and 3D, aligning creative needs with timing, channels, and budget. From shoot planning to press checks, it was all about consistency and execution at scale.

And yes—taupe is still a vibe.

3D Product Shots

Introducing the efficiency of e-com studios to our 3D pipelines

Historically our imagery production was split 50/50 between photography and 3D Visualization. We had a goal to shift more volume into 3D. In order to do this we had to solve for complex product classes getting rejected from our offshore partners. Once we shifted to a blended resource model, the fall-off dropped from 35% to 5%. This allowed us to keep 30% more product imagery in 3D, up-level the skills of our teams, and drive down unit costs in 3D by 50%.
